1. Definitions and subject

The Service is the HireCraft software providing AI-based tools for job search and employment preparation.

By using the Service, the User agrees to these terms. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of the service and AI disclaimers

The Service uses artificial intelligence. The User is informed that they interact with an automated generation system, not a human.

The Service does not guarantee employment, an interview invitation or any career outcome. Generated materials (resumes, cover letters, answers) may contain inaccuracies and are provided "as is".

The User must review generated content before using it or sending it to an employer and is responsible for its final content.

3. Content rights

The User retains rights to the data they provide and to the content generated for them. The Service claims no rights to such content.

The Service does not guarantee the uniqueness of generated content: similar results may be provided to other users.

4. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, for automated data collection, or in any way that harms the Service's operation or violates applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service's materials are informational and do not constitute professional career, legal or other advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made by the User based on generated content.

6. Changes and termination

The Service may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the site, and may restrict access if the User violates these rules.
