1. Data operator

2. Categories of processed data

Authorization data (via third-party OAuth providers): identifier, name, email address.

Job-search integration data (HeadHunter), if the User connects it.

Audio recordings and text transcripts of answers the User provides during practice screening or interviews.

Payment transaction identifiers. Full bank card data is not collected or stored by the Operator — payments are processed by ЮKassa.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Purposes: providing access to the Service, generating materials via artificial intelligence, processing payments, user support, security.

Legal basis — the data subject's consent and the concluded agreement (public offer).

4. Cookies and web analytics

We use cookies and the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service, including Session Replay (Webvisor). Analytics cookies and Yandex.Metrica are set only after the User's consent.

5. Cross-border data transfer

The Service's infrastructure includes servers located outside the Russian Federation (Germany). Certain functions — text processing via artificial intelligence — may involve foreign providers, including those located in the United States.

For cross-border transfers the Operator follows the requirements of 152-FZ; consent for such transfer may be requested separately.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Data may be shared with the ЮKassa payment service (for payments), authorization providers, infrastructure and AI-processing providers, and with authorized state bodies as required by law.

7. Retention periods

Data is processed for the duration of Service use. Audio recordings and transcripts of practice answers are stored until deleted by the User or until account deletion.

After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except for payment records retained for legally required periods.

8. Data subject rights

The User may request information about processing of their data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to [email protected] or by deleting their account. Consent to analytics cookies can be withdrawn via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. A response is provided within 30 days.
