Public offer agreement

1. Terms and general provisions

Provider — self-employed individual Evgeny Vasev (Tax ID 590699231800), providing services through hirecraft.app and hirecraft.ru.

User — a legally capable individual who has accepted this offer. Acceptance is the placement and payment of a subscription on the website.

Service — the HireCraft software providing AI tools for job search and employment preparation.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the Service functionality under the selected subscription plan.

The service consists of providing access to software and is delivered in electronic form.

3. Plans, price and payment

"HireCraft Premium (weekly)" — 790 ₽ for 7 days of access. "HireCraft Premium (monthly)" — 1990 ₽ for 30 days of access. All prices are in Russian rubles.

A free tier with a limited number of credits is available; unused free credits reset monthly and do not accumulate.

Payment is made by bank card through the ЮKassa payment service. Card data is not stored by the Provider.

4. Subscription and automatic renewal

The subscription is set up with automatic renewal: payment for the next period is charged automatically every 7 or 30 days (depending on the plan) until the User cancels the subscription.

The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time in the account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the already paid period; no further charges are made.

5. Service delivery and refunds

The service is deemed rendered from the moment access to the paid functionality is provided.

Since the service is delivered electronically, funds are non-refundable after delivery, except where the Provider is technically unable to render the service.

If the service cannot be rendered for technical reasons, a refund is made within 10 business days to the payment instrument used. Refund requests are sent to [email protected].

6. Rights and obligations

The Provider undertakes to maintain the Service and the confidentiality of User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The User undertakes to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and not to infringe third-party rights.

The rules for using the Service are set out in the Terms of Use, which form an integral part of the relations between the parties.

7. Liability and force majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure.

The Provider is not liable for employment outcomes; the Service provides tools but does not guarantee getting a job.
